App Terms of Use

The Million Dollar Feed

Welcome to The Million Dollar Feed (“the App”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App, purchasing placement, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

The Million Dollar Feed provides users the ability to purchase digital placement space within the App and submit content (such as a name, link, and short bio) for display.

We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, impressions, engagement, revenue, or exposure of any kind.

All placements are digital-only and have no physical or real-world component.​​

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase placement or submit content. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.​​

3. Purchases

3.1 What You Are Buying

You are purchasing:

  • A digital placement slot of a specific size

  • Subject to approval and ongoing compliance with these Terms

You are not purchasing exclusivity or guaranteed performance.

3.2 Payment

Payments are processed via a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We do not store or process your credit card information directly.

All prices are shown before purchase and are one-time charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.3 Ownership of Placement

Purchasing a placement slot grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to display approved content in a specific digital location within the Platform.

“Ownership” refers solely to this display license and does not constitute ownership of the Platform, its layout, any underlying technology, or any form of real property, digital real estate, investment interest, or equity.

The license remains valid for as long as the Platform operates, subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms.

Placement licenses may not be transferred unless explicitly enabled by the Platform.

The Platform may, now or in the future, offer mechanisms to facilitate the transfer, reassignment, or resale of placement licenses. Any such mechanisms, if enabled, may be subject to Platform rules, verification requirements, processing procedures, and administrative or transaction fees as determined by the Platform at its sole discretion.

​3.4 Placement Registry and Transfers

All placement licenses exist solely within the Platform’s internal registry. Any transfer, reassignment, or change of control of a placement license, if permitted, must occur through mechanisms approved by the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, delay, or condition any transfer to ensure compliance with these Terms and the integrity of the Platform.

4. Review and Approval

All submitted content is subject to manual review.

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject any submission

  • Remove approved content later if it violates these Terms

  • Modify placement location or display behavior as needed for platform operation

Approval is not guaranteed, even after payment.

​Any updates or changes to previously approved content may require re-review and approval.​​

5. Refund Policy

  • If your submission is denied for standard reasons, you will receive a full refund.

  • If your submission is denied for malicious, abusive, or intentionally deceptive content, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund and retain a moderation fee.

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

  • Refund timing depends on the payment processor.

  • If you own an approved slot, you are not eligible to refund.​​​

6. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that includes or promotes:

  • Illegal activity

  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

  • Hate speech, harassment, or explicit content

  • Malware, phishing, or harmful redirects

  • Impersonation or false affiliation

  • Content that violates intellectual property rights

We have sole discretion to determine violations.

7. External Links Disclaimer

The App may display links to external websites or services. We:

  • Do not control external content

  • Do not endorse any linked entity

  • Are not responsible for external websites, actions, or policies

Clicking a link leaves our Platform.​​

8. No Endorsement

Content displayed on the Platform is user-submitted. Appearance in the App does not imply endorsement, verification, or approval of the linked individual, brand, or service.​​

9. Platform Changes

We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features

  • Change layout, visuals, or placement rules

  • Temporarily or permanently suspend the Platform

We are not liable for changes made in the normal operation of the service. Such changes may include the introduction of new features, services, or monetization models related to placement licenses.

Continued operation of the Platform is not guaranteed. Placement licenses remain valid only while the Platform is active and available.​​

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, design, layout, and software are owned by us. You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the App.​​

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not liable for lost revenue, exposure, or business outcomes

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your submitted content

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your violation of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Platform operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.​​

Bible Swipe


Thank you for using Bible Swipe. This Privacy Policy explains how AniTech Development ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you use the Bible Swipe mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. 1. Information We Do Not Collect Bible Swipe is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information. Specifically, we do not collect: • Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information • Your location data • Your device identifiers or advertising IDs • Any payment or financial information • Any usage analytics or behavioral data sent to our servers • Any account registration information (the App requires no account to use) 2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device The App stores the following data exclusively on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us: • Favorites: Bible verses you have saved to your favorites list are stored in a local file on your device.• Launch count: A simple counter used solely to determine when to prompt you for an App Store review. This counter is stored locally and never transmitted. You can delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the App.  3. Camera Access The App includes a feature that lets you use your device camera to compose and share images overlaid with Bible verse text. Camera access is used only when you explicitly initiate this feature. We do not store, transmit, or have any access to photos or images taken or processed within the App. All image composition happens entirely on your device. 4. Third-Party Services The App does not integrate any third-party analytics services, advertising SDKs, or data collection tools. The App does not contain ads. The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework solely to request App Store reviews from users. This interaction is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's own privacy policy. 5. App Store and Apple When you download the App through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain information as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not control or have access to any data Apple collects. We encourage you to review Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/privacy/. 6. Children's Privacy Bible Swipe is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. Because we do not collect any personal information from any users, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide. 7. Data Security Because we do not collect or transmit your data, there is no server-side data to secure. Data stored locally on your device (such as your favorites) is protected by your device's built-in security features. We recommend keeping your device's operating system updated and using a passcode or biometric lock to protect your device. 8. Your Rights Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal information for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. All data associated with the App is stored on your device and can be fully removed by uninstalling the App. 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. 10.
